DAMAGED MERCHANDISE We take precautions to ensure that your orders are carefully packed. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that your order will arrive in the same condition. Please examine your merchandise immediately upon receipt for damages. If damages are found contact our office as soon as possible to file claim with UPS. You must keep all packaging materials and the box for UPS to inspect. Failure to do so will cause UPS to deny your claim. All claims must be made within 7-Days of receipt of your order.
For a variety of reasons we will run out of a specific item. I always try to notify the customer of such situations so we apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause. We do reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value; as per our policy it is almost always the later.

ORDERS Because of the uniqueness of our line of merchandise, most orders are considered “Special”. Your request is designed to meet your specific needs, wishes and budget. I try to work with each client/customer personally to insure you are satisfied and that you get the quality you want. Orders may be placed on-line, via phone or fax. We accept Paypal , money orders and checks. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address, please note this when ordering. Orders paid by check will not be shipped until the check has been received.. ORDER PROCESSING While we make every effort to design, process, and ship orders as quickly as possible, orders can take 1-6 weeks for delivery according to your order. Please understand that we create many “one of a kind” items that are designed specifically for you. Please allow for this when you place an order. Ready to ship items, (i.e., ready made gift baskets) can ship within 24-48 business hours. We can promptly notify your options when your order is placed. |
